Q: Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on products?
A: Most items are warrantied by the manufacturer for a
minimum of one year.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of delivery
to return to return any product, provided it is new, unused and in
it's original packaging as it was received.
No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances
unless said merchandise is defective. All non- product related
fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. Any
unauthorized returns may incur a $50.00 penalty fee, and may
not necessarily be re-stocked. Please note that payment
refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available
for replacement.
Q: How will product(s) be shipped?
A: A vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS or
FedEx Ground.
Q: How can I contact customer service?
A: Please contact us with your questions, comments, or concern
they will be handled within 2 business days.
